2023
Staff Leadership Support
Supported 20 staff members and managed 4 team leaders to support staff transitions, goal setting for the organization, and playbook creation for Austin, TX focused non-profit whose mission is the diversification of STEM and providing paid, technical internships for high school students. Provided standardized coaching models, team structures, and cross-collaboration metrics for success for all teams to support 1500+ students nationally.

7-12 Math Implementation
Worked in partnership with middle and high school staff to implement Illustrative Mathematics 7th grade, 8th grade, Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra 2 curriculum along with SAT/PSAT Math and 12th grade math materials. Support provided in standardized lesson plan format, curriculum mapping, assessment analysis, and benchmark creation to align to iLearn standards for Indiana.

Upper Math Curriculum
Created daily lesson plans and materials, unit-level assessments, year-long assessments, and implementation guides for Valor Academies Pre-Calculus and Senior Statistics courses to support students on the pre-AP pathway and non-AP college-going students based in Nashville, TN serving over 1,900 students to focus on mathematical discourse and writing skills.

Tutor Training & Assessment
Led the writing, evaluation, and training process of an inquiry and problem-solving based tutoring method to support online, text-based tutoring for Pre-Algebra through AP Calculus for a staff of 50+ international virtual tutors and 10+ tutor evaluators. Supported the creation of standardized rubrics to evaluate tutors, students to provide feedback to tutors, and training modules for staff development and growth.

EdReports Review & Revisions
Led team of 4 consultants to review, revise, and implement feedback on AF Accelerate's 6-8 mathematics materials to align to the rigorous standards of the EdReports review process. Focus was on alignment to CCSS mathematics, differentiation for student needs, and data analysis supports for teachers implementing the program. After review all materials "Met Expectations."

AP Calculus AB Coaching
Common Ground, KIPP Foundation, Achievement First
Supported AP Calculus AB teacher trainings sessions, individualized AP review plans, and led remote-based AP Calculus AB classes. Partnered with Common Ground High School, KIPP Foundation, and Achievement First to provide individualized professional development to developing AP Calculus AB teachers to support students to passing the AP Calculus AB exam.

SAT Math & Desmos
Created individualized, College-Board aligned lessons for SAT Mathematics to support network of 5 charter school students. Led team of 3 staff members to create daily lesson materials using Desmos learning platform to support virtual instruction and feedback for Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra 2 with Pre-Calculus courses.

STEM Teacher Development
Supported high school staff with the implementation, training, data-analysis, and on-going coaching structures to deliver instruction using open-sourced mathematics and science curriculum including SAT mathematics materials, resulting in out performing LAUSD and state-wide averages on SBAC and SAT.
